Learning is changing.
We build community using the power of storytelling to remove the stigma and misconceptions about ADHD, dyslexia, and other invisible learning disabilities.
Our Mission
The I Am Able Foundation was created by people who have lived this stigma firsthand — people who believe we can do more, be better, and do it together. Our mission is to build a community where neurodiversity is understood, celebrated, and openly discussed — and to use the power of storytelling to bring that vision to life.
In 2025, this matters more than ever. As awareness grows, we have a chance to move beyond understanding into real connection and change — by sharing authentic stories that inspire empathy, visibility, and action.
We envision a world where people with invisible differences can share their challenges, victories, and perspectives — lifting each other up and helping make conversations around neurodiversity a natural part of everyday life.
We All Learn Differently is live.
We All Learn Differently is a non-profit grant-funded campaign focused on creating a positive and accepting middle school community where every student is valued and celebrated for who they are.
We All Think Differently is coming.
Supported by the Clint Eastwood Charitable Fund, We All Think Differently is a short documentary series produced by the I Am Able Foundation to spotlight neurodiverse adults thriving in their fields. The films feature visionary individuals such as Disney Imagineer Tony Baxter, astronomer Sara Seager, and mental health advocate Wes Woodson — each sharing how thinking differently has fueled their creativity, innovation, and impact. The project celebrates the brilliance of neurodiversity and challenges outdated notions of what it means to learn, lead, and succeed.
Empowerment Groups
I Am Able Empowerment Groups are forming in cities throughout the US. These groups will provide in-person hang out and discussion groups aimed at increasing support and networking opportunities to participants.
